– Roast salmon escalope with a lime and ginger crust

– A duck breast on a bed of red onion confit served with a port and honey sauce

– Fillet beef encroute served on a bed of celeriac mash with a rich red wine sauce

– A chicken breast stuffed with stilton wrapped in prosciutto served with a leek and tarragon sauce

– Rack of lamb with a rosemary and garlic crust served with a redcurrant jus

– All of the above are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables
